Integrative Health Lab™

GUT REHAB · FOUNDING COHORT

Your gut is off.
You want your life back.

I’m looking for 5 women who are done planning their lives around their gut.

The dinner. The dress. The spontaneous yes.
You want to be there for all of it—without your stomach running the evening.

Your gut results, decoded. A plan that makes sense.
Me in your corner while you put it to work.

Claim My Spot

Start with a short application.

Founding cohort: $497. Lab testing purchased separately.

Regina Kankinza
The woman behind the symptoms.
Let’s make room for her.
Regina seated by a sunlit window in a rust-colored dress

YOU DIDN’T COME HERE TO COLLECT ANOTHER PROTOCOL.

You want to be on the date.
Not in your head about dinner.

Looking incredible. Ordering what you actually want. Listening to him instead of negotiating with your stomach.

You know which jeans to skip after lunch. You can list every food you’ve removed. Your supplements have their own shelf.

You don’t want to get better at organizing your life around symptoms. You want your attention back.

Gut Rehab brings your test results, your history and your next moves into one conversation—with someone who stays involved when it’s time to act.

THE FEMININE FERTILITY AXIS · MY GUT–BRAIN–WOMB FRAMEWORK

Your stomach. Your mood. Your cycle.
You live in all three.

You feel the bloat, the brain fog and the week before your period in the same body. Your care should connect those conversations, too.

“Womb” represents reproductive health, including your ovarian cycle.

Brain ↔ Gut

NERVES + CHEMICAL SIGNALS

The vagus nerve and other pathways carry messages both ways. Stress can change gut movement and sensitivity; signals from the gut feed back to the brain.

What you might notice

An unsettled stomach when anxious. Bowel changes during stress. Digestive discomfort alongside mood changes.

Gut ↔ Womb

HORMONES + MICROBIAL ACTIVITY

Gut microbes help process estrogen for recycling or elimination. Cycle hormones also influence how your gut moves and feels.

What you might notice

Bloating or constipation that shifts with your cycle. PMS or breast tenderness alongside digestive symptoms.

Brain ↔ Womb

REPRODUCTIVE HORMONE SIGNALS

The brain and pituitary signal the ovaries, which send hormonal feedback. This communication helps coordinate ovulation and your cycle.

What you might notice

Cycle changes during prolonged stress. Changes in mood or sleep around your period.

You are the whole woman.
That’s who I’m looking at.

YOUR GUT DOESN’T WORK IN ISOLATION.

The bloating gets your attention.
But look at the rest of the picture.

Bloating, constipation
+ food reactions

Gas. Reflux. Loose stools. IBS. Discomfort after meals. Even “healthy food” feels like a gamble.

We look at your microbes, digestion and bowel patterns together.

Skin breakouts
+ irritation

Acne. Eczema. Rosacea. Itching. Your skin and gut both interact with your immune system.

Your skincare routine shouldn’t be the only conversation.

Brain fog, anxiety
+ mood shifts

Feeling foggy, wired, irritable or unlike yourself. Your gut and brain communicate in both directions.

How you feel mentally belongs in your gut-health story.

Histamine symptoms
+ immune reactions

Flushing. Itching. Food reactions. A body that seems to react to everything.

Your gut is a major site of immune activity. That connection deserves attention.

Low energy, low iron
+ stubborn weight

Dragging through the day. Iron that won’t stay up. Effort that isn’t reflected on the scale.

Digestion and absorption belong in the picture of how your body is fueled.

Hormone symptoms
+ difficult cycles

PMS. “Estrogen dominance.” PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis or adenomyosis alongside gut symptoms.

Gut microbes participate in estrogen metabolism. Your gut deserves a seat at this table.

Recurrent yeast,
BV + UTIs

Another round of symptoms. Another treatment. You want to understand the pattern.

Your gut and vaginal microbiomes are distinct but connected. We consider both when your history calls for it.

LESS “WHAT SHOULD I TRY?” MORE “I KNOW MY NEXT MOVE.”

Your results, decoded.
Your next step, finally clear.

01

Understand what
you’re looking at.

Open your report with me. We connect the findings to your symptoms and history, choose what deserves attention, and leave the noise behind.

02

Know what to do
when you wake up.

The food. The daily practices. The targeted support. What comes first and what can wait. Your plan should make tomorrow simpler.

03

Stop being the one
figuring it all out.

Something isn’t agreeing with you? Life interrupted the plan? Bring it to me. We look at your response and decide what to keep, change or pause.

WHAT DO YOU WANT BACK?

Your appetite.
Your fire.
Your “fuck it, let’s go.”

The period that
doesn’t take over.

You want it to arrive without a week of swollen breasts, exhaustion and feeling like a stranger to yourself. So quietly you check the calendar and think, Already?

The dinner you
actually enjoy.

You want to choose the restaurant because the food looks incredible. Wear the dress you love. Stay for another conversation instead of counting the minutes until you can unbutton your jeans.

The energy for
the life you want.

The work. The workout. The sex. The spontaneous yes. You want to feel lit up by your life—not spend the afternoon calculating how soon you can get into bed.

That’s what you want back. Your attention. Your appetite for life. The part of you that makes plans without checking with your symptoms first.

CLIENT EXPERIENCES WORKING WITH REGINA

Their words.
Their turning points.

Representative portrait for Cassie; image changed for privacy

Cassie

Bossed up.
Burnt out.

“I was dragging through my day with no explanation why. Tired after 8 hours of sleep. When I got my labs back, it was all there. Who knew microbes helped you make energy? 6 weeks in and I feel like I’m in a different body.”
Representative portrait for Joan; image changed for privacy

Joan

Got her
glow up.

“My skin was dull, lifeless, and I felt myself aging all of a sudden. Regina made my results mean something and then gave me a plan. Someone asked me if I had a Korean glass skin routine in the Kroger parking lot last night. Girl, I literally smiled so hard.”
Representative portrait for Francisca; image changed for privacy

Francisca

Was afraid
of food.

“I had about five safe foods, otherwise I knew I was about to be in pain. Like it was crazy! Getting my results back helped me know what foods I could eat and grow my list. It’s been about 6 months, but I was at a retreat at a buffet eating everything when I realized, I actually couldn’t do this when I started with you. Now, I’m sampling everything!”

YOUR LIFE ISN’T GOING ON HOLD UNTIL JANUARY.

The invitations are coming.
So is another choice.

Wait for the holidays to be over. Or begin with support for the life you’re actually living.

The family dinner. The travel day. The week that goes sideways. We work through those moments together—what to prioritize, what to adapt, and how to keep going.

We begin October 26.
Start the new year already taking action—not buying the next thing and hoping.

Regina Kankinza, Integrative Health Practitioner and Ayurvedic Practitioner

REGINA KANKINZA · 14 YEARS IN THIS WORK

I know what it costs
to keep trying.
I’ve been that woman.

PCOS. Fertility challenges. SIBO. Food intolerances. Histamine reactions. Low iron. Exercise intolerance. Methylation concerns and the exhaustion that came with them.

I know what it’s like to have ambition, plans and a body that keeps demanding your attention. My gut became part of a much bigger investigation into my own health.

My BSc in Neuroscience, Integrative Health Practitioner Level 3 + Mastery training and Ayurvedic practice shape how I work. For 14 years, I’ve helped people connect the dots and put a plan into practice. That experience matters when your body doesn’t respond the way the protocol says it should.

I read your results with your whole story in the room.

The symptoms matter. So does the woman who wants to get back to dinner, her work, her relationships and her life.

BEFORE YOU SAY YES

A few things
to know.

I’ve tried probiotics, diets and supplements. What changes here?

We review your test findings alongside what you’ve tried and how you responded. Then we choose priorities and follow your response, so your next decision has a reason behind it.

Why work with Regina instead of buying the test alone?

Tiny Health provides its report and guidance. Gut Rehab adds my private review of your results in the context of your history, a prioritized plan, and live coaching as you implement and adjust.

Will I have to cut out more foods or buy lots of supplements?

You don’t need another shopping list with no priorities. We choose changes around your needs, tolerance and budget, then track your response. Any supplements are purchased separately.

What if the report doesn’t show an obvious problem?

You still receive your interpretation and next-step plan. We consider what the test can tell us alongside your symptoms and history, including whether another question needs investigation.

Is this a course?

No homework marathon. You come for your results explained, a personal plan and help putting it into practice. Resources support your next step; you don’t need to become a microbiome expert.

Why Tiny Health?

Tiny Health specializes in family microbiome health, including moms and babies. It reports the world’s largest longitudinal pregnancy and baby microbiome sample repository and uses deep shotgun metagenomic sequencing—a gold-standard method in microbiome research. Reporting considers life-stage information such as age and pregnancy status. I bring your personal history into the interpretation.

Will I have my plan in the first month?

That’s our goal. Order and return your test promptly so we can review your results. Tiny Health lists a 3–4 week turnaround for its adult gut report; foundational work begins while we wait.

What if I have PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis or fertility concerns?

You belong here if you want to investigate your gut alongside those concerns. Your digestive history guides standard versus PRO testing; vaginal testing answers a separate question. You do not need to be trying to conceive.

Does this replace medical care or cover every test?

No. Skin, mood, hormone and digestive symptoms can have several causes, and this wellness program complements medical care. A microbiome panel does not diagnose every condition; SIBO, H. pylori, infections or low iron may need separate testing or medical evaluation. Vaginal microbiome testing does not diagnose a UTI; urinary symptoms need appropriate urine testing and care. Additional tests and supplements are separate costs and discussed with you first.

Can I do this through the holidays?

Yes. We work with travel, family meals and changing routines. You’ll have help prioritizing, adapting and getting back to your plan without waiting for a perfect week.
